The food was good.

The ingredients are very fresh and it tastes home made. The wonton soup is amazing and it is a very cozy location!

Excellent food and great service. The shrimp on the Pu Pu Platter were the best fried shrimp I’ve ever had. I ordered the Shrimp Velvet as my entree. It was perfectly cooked. We ordered hot tea and our cups were never empty. Definitely recommend.

Delicious 😋! A nice cosy restaurant located in a strip mall. Staff was amazing and the regulars swear by the food! Always a plus. I would recommend the General Tao’s chicken. Prices are decent as well.

Yum Yum Meh 😑 It wasn’t the worst Chinese food I’ve had, but I won’t be getting it again.Wonton soup - lacked flavor and the wontons were VERY mushy. I only ate one and served the rest to the garbage disposal because nobody wanted it.Chicken wings - They were tiny, dry, and not the flavor the description said. Sesame chicken - pretty sure they just put sesame seeds on orange chicken and called it a day. Pork lo mein - Not much pork in it at all, but I did like the variety of veggies. Tasted better than the other things we ordered, but still left a lot to be desired. Egg rolls - Ok, these were simply awful. Over cooked and soggy at the same time. No idea what they put inside, but it had plenty of awful flavor.

Very tasty!!! Small and intimate setting. Generous portions and the staff are very friendly and personable 😊 You can't go wrong with any of the food choices!

Best tasting Chinese food in RVA. Period. Absolutely fabulous hosts make you feel like family. It is a small, cozy restaurant, not a lot of fancy decorations, but just right. Have lived in Richmond for 50+ years, this is the place to go. There are one or two others that are very good, but Yum Yum is great!

The best Chinese food I've had in a while. Recently moved to RVA and have been looking for a Chinese Restaurant that's 5 star like my hometowns. And I think I've found a match!! Plus the hostess was very warm and welcoming. I recommend this place to any and everyone that enjoys Chinese food as much as I do.

Pretty good for our area..not China Town but good

Great Chinese food. We started off with great Wanton soup (they provide great crunchy noodles). My wife had Garlic Chicken with broccoli (not on menu) and I had the Happy Family both very good. The place is very nice and the staff accommodating.

Ordered from Postmates but was NOT happy about the food AT ALL. Ordered for 3 people, Hunan Beef was good and the Pu Pu Platter was marginally okay but I wish the egg roll had more flavor. The things that were incredibly disappointing was the Shrimp and Chicken Chow Mein didn't even have the noodles. It was just chicken or shrimp swimming amongst some pale chicken flavored broth with bean sprouts and large dices of onion and celery. The only thing remotely tasty was the proteins. Then the Egg Drop soup, very sad, it was pale and off-white. Had the pieces of cooked egg, yes but didn't look right at all. I will NOT be going or ordering from here again. Nor recommending this place to anybody.

By far my choice as the best Chinees food in Richmond. They deliver or you can dine there in a cozy atmosphere.

Been coming here since as far as I can remember. The staff extremely friendly and cooperative, and the food is simply amazing. You have to try pretty much every dish they provide because every dish they make is good, and has been consistently good for over 20 years now. Stop by, grab a bite, and enjoy the roller coaster of the Chinese food that is, in summation, perfection on a plate.

Such a beautiful little place with even more beautiful people working here. I came in alone for some peace and I definitely found it. I just moved here and have been trying to find the perfect little spot for a long time. All of the people who came in while I was eating were regulars and knew the people working. So very pleasant and calming. With great & authentic food of course, but the atmosphere took the cake.

Delicious meal tonight. Pan fried dumplings, egg drop soup, eggplant in garlic sauce, crispy honey chicken, orange peel chicken, veggie friend rice. All on point.

Always good food and decently good service

Yum Yum Good seems to do most of their business as a delivery and carryout restaurant, and their dining space isn't fancy, but I like going there. It isn't ever crowded, the service is fast and friendly, and it reminds me somehow of Chinatown back home (Chicago). The food is pretty great, I'm a big fan of their hot and sour soup, twice cooked pork, szechwan stringbeans, and their fried dishes are not heavy. I wish they had more faith in me when I say I like things spicy, but I can always add more heat. This is a great place for reliable Chinese food, and to try something you haven't had before!

Ugh y’all. I can’t say enough good about this place. It’s so fresh and delicious. Best of all, the customer service is SO good. It’s marginally more expensive than another Chinese place near us, but the customer service is so much better, I’m willing to pay the difference. It also doesn’t leave you feeling greasy and yucky after. It’s just dang good Chinese!!!

Best chinese takeout in Richmond IMO

The building is small, but it has a lot to offer. The dining room is well decorated and the staff are incredibly friendly. The portion sizes are average, and I thought the food could have been spicier, but everything tasted good and our large party was served quickly.

I ordered boneless spareribs, crab rangoon, and a chicken and broccoli combo platter. What I got was bone IN spare ribs, dry-no cream cheese-crab rangoon, and the chicken and broccoli was dry, no brown sauce whatsoever, and wasnt a cambo platter. Will not be ordering again.

Love this place! It's our go to for delivery! I think the food taste great and it doesn't taste like every other Chinese restaurant. And the people that work there are the nicest/sweetest ❤

Vegetable fried rice was mushrooms and rice...literally no vegetables. It was all horrible and overpriced. Glad I know now.

I, too, like so many Richmond natives have a certain loyalty to this wonderful little "whole in the wall" restaurant! They have the best and most original Fried Rice around. Pleasant atmosphere and family oriented. They never forget a face or a name! ;)

Spring roll was mushy...I was looking for fresh crunchy cabbage onions and carrots in a crispy wrap. Shrimp and broccoli was flavorless and had a horrible after taste. Not happy. It was ready in less than 5 minutes😬

Seems mainly a takeout place but has a small dining area. Food is consistently good, well priced with generous portions. They don’t oversalt and don’t add artificial coloring to the the egg drop soup (a refreshing change). Great neighborhood place.
